Vehicle Sale History - Volkswagen Vanagon page 10

Over the last 2 years me and my best friend have worked to make this vehicle mechanically reliable and stable. The entire cooling system has been rebuilt, engine has been taken apart(heads) to replace original head gaskets and other seals, dashboard circuitry has been upgraded. Radiator fan circuitry and fan have been fixed and replaced. All other non-working parts have been replaced as is listed below. Overall, the total money having gone into the reconditioning of this vehicle stands at about $17-18,000 not including the vehicle purchase price. For the price that this vehicle is being sold this will be the best mechanical condition vehicle in my opinion. Most vehicles sold for under $10k appear to just be base vehicles that have immense rebuilding needs for their age. This vehicle has had an unspeakable amount of issues resolved and brought into a nominal condition. My friend has moved away and I no longer have the ability to pursue "van life" at the moment. I plan to storage the vehicle for future use but it is also not a good idea to keep it stationary for years as that might develop issues of its own. If i find the right buyer who understands these vehicles and wants to carry on the torch I'm willing the sell it to the right person. Up for sale is an incredibly clean Multivan. Paint is new. Absolutely no rust. Extremely quiet vehicle. Power windows, and locks. Every option on a Vanagon available on this multivan rarity.From the gowesty site, "The '90/'91 Multivans (MVs) are essentially a Carat seven-passenger Vanagon model with the Westfalia pop-top, and are probably the most sought-after and valuable two wheel drive Vanagons ever made." I've heard there are only about 2,000 of these ever made. You get the pop top of a camper, but you loose the weight of the stove, fridge and extra cabinets. Instead, you get more room and less weight. This has been said to increase MPG, and decrease rattles and cabin noise. Also, the Multivan's have every option ever offered from a Vanagon. Amazing vehicle. Very hard to find. Has some wear which should be expected given its age. Overall, the van is in very good condition. You won't be disappointed with this Vanagon. 1991 Volkswagen Vanagon GL 4 cylinder 2.1 water cooled engine, automatic transmission, working A/C, power windows, door locks and mirror, excellent clean interior and upholstery, new tires, tinted windows, passed CA smog check, original paint, no rust, new stainless exhaust pipes, muffler and catalytic converter ($1500), runs excellent.

1991 Volkswagen Vanagon. Runs great, fun to drive! Only 154,000 miles on the engine. Good interior. Great for camping. -New stereo with CD player and USB port and speakers (still have the original radio). -Also included: curtains, window screens, and roof rack.
